Easy as Peanut Butter Dog Treats
Full of flavor, no added sugars or fat. I made these for Coal, our dog for his Bark Mitzvah. He loved them and I sent treats home with all of our guests for their dogs. Using all natural peanut butter, this is a healthy treat. Your dogs will love them
Prepare: 30- 45 mins Depending on if you use cookie cutters or just press out and score.
Bake: 20 mins
Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins
Servings: 340 1" biscuits
Ingredients
• 1 bag, approximately 4cups brown rice flour
• 1 cup water
• 2/3 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C.)
2. In a large bowl, mix egg, peanut butter, flour and water until it forms a soft dough.
3. Roll out about 1/4" (6mm) thin. Cut into desired 1" (2.54cm) shapes.
4. Bake from 15 - 25 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
5. Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks, fridge for a month or in the freezer up to 6 months.
Notes
Do NOT use sugar-free peanut butter. Artificial sweeteners can be toxic to dogs. I use all natural with no added sugar. I like Smucker's.
